Swan History

I used to drink in the Swan in the early 80s when Maurice kept it. My mate Andy lived just round the corner in Rectory Avenue. A proper old fashioned and friendly pub. One thing that sticks in my mind was the hot roast pork or beef sandwiches you could get daily at lunchtime which sold out quickly. I used to drive up from Wednesbury from work to get them. I must pop in for a pint sometime see how much it has changed.
